Kriya Yoga

A Journey into Presence and Inner Awareness

Kriya Yoga is a powerful system of inner training that combines breathing, movement, and meditative awareness to awaken the natural intelligence of body, mind, and energy. It is a practice of simplicity and depth, designed to bring balance, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself.

What We Do

In each session, we guide you through a structured sequence of:

  • Breath-based techniques to calm the nervous system and activate your inner vitality.

  • Awareness practices to sharpen focus and expand self-observation.

  • Subtle movements to harmonize body and breath.

  • Meditative stillness to access deeper states of consciousness and rest.

Each step is taught progressively, allowing you to build a solid foundation and deepen your practice over time.

How It Works

The core of this system lies in the conscious regulation of breath and attention. When breath becomes rhythmic and awareness is gently directed inward, the mind naturally settles. This creates space for regeneration, healing, and insight.

Through regular practice, deep patterns of tension—both physical and mental—begin to dissolve. The energy that was trapped in distraction or stress becomes available again, fueling clarity, creativity, and resilience.

How Is This Different from Modern Postural Yoga?

While modern yoga classes often focus on physical postures, flexibility, and fitness, this practice takes a different approach. It is not about stretching or building strength through movement, but rather about turning inward—refining the breath, stilling the mind, and awakening awareness.

You won’t find sun salutations or vinyasa flows here. Instead, the focus is on the subtle, inner dimension of yoga: how breath, attention, and inner stillness can create profound shifts in your nervous system, energy, and state of mind.

This approach is less about doing and more about being—learning to rest in deep presence, moment by moment.

How It Can Help You
